“Within Works partnered with Hawke’s Bay Regional Council in 2025 to support and strengthen our Land for Life programme and broader sustainable land management outcomes.

Their work included:

1.     Designing and facilitating a Land for Life partnership workshop with our planning team, focused on improving collaboration, clarity of roles, and good practice for working together across disciplines.

2.     Developing a clear and practical extension framework for the Land for Life project, providing a strong foundation to guide future engagement and delivery.

3.     Facilitating a Hawke’s Bay stakeholder workshop for sustainable land management extension, skilfully bringing together diverse perspectives, knowledge and experience to identify current challenges and inform shared thinking about future direction.

Across all engagements, Within Works demonstrated strong facilitation, strategic insight, and an ability to create safe, constructive spaces that support meaningful dialogue, alignment and progress. Their contribution has added real value to our teams, partners and the region.”
